Dear supporter,

The Halton Eco Festival is only one week away!

Please share the news about the environmental fair with your family and friends this easter weekend. We have worked really hard to put this show together and now we need you to be the one to make sure everyone you know who cares about the environment is aware of the event.

We look forward to seeing you on Saturday, April 6th at the Glen Abbey Community Centre on Third Line in Oakville.

The 13th annual Halton Eco Festival should be an awesome event. It features live presentations of exotic animals (alligator, sugar glider, marmoset, lemur, cavy, kangaroo), birds of prey, various reptiles and snakes to highlight the critical importance of maintaining biodiversity by keeping species alive and thriving!

There will be 50 Booths staffed by representatives of local environmental groups, government agencies, green businesses, and practitioners of alternative healthcare.

An expanded kids eco fun zone sponsored by Simply Green Baby features arts and crafts sessions led by Green Hands at 10 am and 2 pm.

Take a stroll down Biodiversity Lane to learn more about the importance of biodiversity while having a fun time at the Halton Eco Festival on Saturday, April 6 from 10 am to 5 pm.

Relax at our eco cafe and enjoy an organic fair trade coffee or tea. Lunch and snack food will be available too.

There will be free blue boxes and orange boxes offered by Halton Region, a free draw for an environmentally friendly outdoor barbeque, special offers, a silent auction, and other free gifts.

Whether you arrive in the morning or the afternoon, there will be lots to see and do all day long.

I have attached our final poster for your review and to share with others. Our media release follows this letter to provide even more details for you.
